about the "free" comments. I was happy to be able to purchase this as I have missed out on the FCBD figure for at least the past 3 years in a row. In prior years, the stores I have visited have gotten in very few and they were gone within the first hour. Very frustrating. It was nice to be able to get this piece in another manner.

Played this piece last night and it did very well.

My husband and I also bought the marquee so when I saw on hcrealms and again on ebay that the same figure was being used as FCBD I was rather frustrated. We could have waited and not bought the figure if we would have known we could get it free. I think they should have waited to put them out on the shelves until after FCBD if they want it to be both, just my opinion.

If this is both the marquee fig AND the FCBD fig, then why is this being sold? Do I need to go politely ask my local shop owner 'WTH?' because I bought this thinking it is a marquee fig from the movie set...otherwise I would have just waited until FCBD and got it free.

This isn't the FCBD figure. It's the Iron Man 3 marquee figure.
