Tekken - Lei
Tekken used to be one of the best fighting games out there, and Lei Wulong was introduced in the second game. If you haven't noticed, he looks a lot like Jackie Chan. He's got a wide variety of combat styles, but my favorite is the drunken boxer stance.
He's pretty awesome in Tekken 5, but kinda blows in Tekken 6. Oh, and he's a cop, so he gets the PD TA.
