01-07-2015: As a huge Tim Hunter fan, I'd have to say that this is a terribly inaccurate dial. I don't think the designer has even read a Books of Magic comic in his or her life.
This Tim Hunter comes with Phasing/Teleport, Running Shot, Impervious, Perplex, and more.
