Tekken - Yoshimitu
Tekken used to be one of the best fighting games out there, and Yoshimitsu definitely stands out thanks to his robotic form and energy sword. He's definitely underestimated in group games, since he's got some pretty unorthodox if not outright powerful moves.
Yoshimitsu has also been featured in soulcalibur (along with Heihachi).
