Chain Lightning
Prerequisite: Energy Explosion or Ranged Combat Expert Choose a character. Give it a power action and use Energy Explosion as a free action; if this attack is successful, it is considered a Critical Hit. Remove this feat from the game after the action is resolved.

No liking this idea. having a character able to bypass toughness on more then one character just by rolling one hit. The redeaming feature of this is it is one use. One point cheaper than AP but you need the prereq of Energy explosion or range combat expert.I'l pay the 1 point to have AP

Powerful card actually. Cost should be based on number of lightning bolts though. Much more effective on characters with 2 or 3 lightning bolts.
