This card should also add 1 to the Damage value.

Galth makes a good point. Perhaps phrase the feat differently (probably need more words, ugh) such that it grants half movement and a free close combat attack thereby allowing L/C to still be used during the "charge" action. Otherwise, I think this feat would be an excellent addition to the game.

Another nice concept, but fatally flawed in that charge does not allow the use of leap/climb. So players would think they could just drop from elevated to non-elevated based on the title, but would actually still need stairs/ladder.

The name's a tad over-the-top, but this is definitely a mechanic that's been missing from every Spider-man, Daredevil, etc. piece in the game. I'd likely use it often, though some map choices would render it worthless.
