The point cost is kinda of a gray area here. Since feats have to be assigned to one character, is this 13 per character? I think doing a point total a la Thunderbolts (i.e. 5 points per) is a bit better.

I like the intent -- we need more Feats to accentuate the special boost a good team should have - but my problems here are that it's narrow (I'd immediately be looking for a similar Feat for the Fantastic Four, Avengers, etc.) and I anticipate game accounting problems in larger games, where more than 5 characters are in play. Still, hey, options are options, so it's nice to see it in the mix as a boost, especially for the original X-Men, as pictured.
