Special Request from E-roc Prerequisite: Mind Control or Psychic Blast Choose a character. It ignores the effects of hindering terrain (including team abilities that give hindering terrain bonuses) when determining line of fire.

I like this one, makes sense that a psychic character can sense an opposing character using stealth to hide in hindering terrain. Kinda pricey but potentially worth it.

Not sure about the Psychic Blast Prerequisite. There are alot of characters that are given Psychic Blast so they can deliver penatrating damage with a ranged attack that have nothing to deal with bing Psychicly inclined. If the prerequisite also added 'and have the Psychic Keyword" I'm all for it. Especially at the cost. At 16 points it is rather expensive for an ability that may never even be used in a tournament
