G.I. Joe - Baroness
Originally voiced by Morgan Lofting, Baroness is the femme fetale of of the Joe universe. My favorite episode is probably the one where the Joes ended up in an alternate universe, and the Baroness turned out to be a traitor against Cobra... I think she was married to one of the tank drivers.
Regardless, we start her off with Amanda Waller's stats, then give her the Injustice League and Hydra Team Abilities to represent her membership in Cobra.
