Wasteland - Brother Anthony
Brother Anthony is one of the toughest SOBs in the Wasteland RPG universe. I remember trying to crack the Citadel for a long time, each time getting a serious butt-whipping by Anthony and his brood. For a bunch of religious people, they sure know how to kick the crap out of people. That entire Citadel is a death trap if you're not high enough level, but the good news is that it holds one of the most prized possessions in Wasteland -- the Proton Axe!
