Sister Theodosia is one of the many religious freaks defending the Citadel. It's one of the toughest places to crack in the Wasteland RPG universe, and for good reason... God is on their side. Well, that's the expectation anyway. And if God isn't on their side, they've got plenty of machine guns and explosives as backup.
