HeroClix World I Run For Life - National Cancer Survivers DayNational Cancer Survivors Day is in June!

It's celebrated in the first Sunday of every June, but I don't see why we can't recognize it every single day (I'm sure the survivors do).

To celebrate all those who have survived cancer, those who did not, and those who are fighting it today, I'd like to present one of my favorite videos -- I run for life.

I run for life is a Melissa Etheridge song about her own battle with cancer, and this particular video uses clips featuring the Flash! A special shoutout goes to whomever actually made this video -- it's one of my favorites.

(I'm not going to lie -- this song and video often brings a tear to my eye)

Speaking as a survivor of leukemia, I never knew there was a day to celebrate people who have beat this disease. Where did you hear that?
