Spider-Man Top 10 Superhero Movie Costumes#2 Spider-Man
Whether you fancy the more traditional design of the Sam Rami films or the newer edgier costume used by Marc Webb, they both looked marvelous on screen.

The Rami costume is probably as close as you can get to the comic version (although it might be a bit difficult for a kid from Queens to produce on his own).

Webb’s concept takes more liberties with the design, while keeping the most essential aspects in place. I have to admit the new suit is growing on me. I think it’s the slightly darker blues and deeper reds that are winning me over. At a time when other superheroes costumes were being translated to all black outfits, Spidey proved that you can keep the colors intact and not make your superhero look like a joke, in fact he looked amazing.

And number 1 is…

Really?? Iron man before Batman??

swap round the two batman costumes on the list and i'd pretty much agree with everything here... sorry but the yellow around the bat is a bit of a deal breaker when your not using any grey or blue on the costume imo

Contradicted yourself with having batman on list twice. Punisher Blade or Judge Dredd. Even Barb wire deserve applause.

Magneto?

I like it! It is hard to narrow the selection down to 10... I thought DD and Mystique and Night crawler should have been up there.

Personally i always thought the Christopher Reeve was too Scrawney for the role of Superman (Routh too Lankey) and the closest to looking goon in costume was George Reeve. Tom Welling would have looked right (with the right physique)but never put the costume on unfortunately. too bad Clint Walker never played the part back because in the DIrty Dozen he was teh spitting image of what i thought Clark Kent/Superman should look like.

Honorable mention: Daredevil. He wears the same thing in the movie as the comic, but it looks way cooler on screen. I won't vouch for he rest of the movie.

Incidentally, today is the late Christopher Reeves' birthday.

@Japete61 Thank you. I found the "bad word" and I fixed it! I'll make sure I scold Eric, the author.

LE, you said a bad word in the Black Widow bio.
