HeroClix World would like to congratulate Wizkids for their win at the annual Origins Game Fair in Columbus Ohio!
Amid some tough competition, including the ratmen of Warhmamer, The HeroClix Hammer of Thor swooped in and took the award for best "Miniature Figures or Miniature Line".
Let's take a look at the the nominated competition:
•Best... Miniature Figures or Miniature Line
-Duke Rathat, Dragon Lord
-Kings of War: Elves
-Marvel HeroClix: Hammer of Thor Expansion (winner)
-Monsterpocalypse Series 4
-Warhammer Armies: Skaven
That's pretty damn impressive when you consider HeroClix was dead for a year before Hammer of Thor came about. Seriously, Warhammer is a beast and their fans are very brainwashed... err, loyal, so this is an excellent win for Wizkids.
Let's take a look at the winners of the other categories...

•Historical Miniatures Game Rules Supplement: Flames of War: North Africa
•Historical Miniatures Game Rules: Wings of War, WWII Deluxe Edition
