Bat Medicine
Choose a character. Give it a power action and roll one die. The result becomes 3 if it is greater than 3. This character is healed a number of clicks equal to the result. Remove this feat from the game after use.

Definately should be a one time use. Should be cheaper. Nano bots is only 10 and it can be used repeatedly if there is objects on the map.

An interesting one. This seems to be adequately costed - no one could say this was broken. If anything, as it's a single use item that might only return 1 click of healing, I could see this going as low as 12 points. Another nice addition!

Very powerful even at 15 points. Even regen has a chance to fail. I really dislike this feat, and one time use doesn't make me like it more.
