With the new leadership this is right on for points. I would add that the character can not already use leadership or gain leadership

My only problem is that it is not clearly defined. How long does the character get leadership for (Number of Clicks)? Does it lose the power leadership replaces on it's dial?

Good theme Feat, but it seems a little expensive when compared with all one gets using Natural Born Leader. Unless it came down to simply not having those 2 points, why would one use this Feat over that one?
