Lord Of The Rings - Gimli
If you haven’t figured it out yet, I didn’t like the Fellowship of the Rings movie. It was kind of cheesy at best. It wasn’t a bad movie, but I just didn’t care for it. I also didn’t like Gimli being the comic relief. Are dwarves really that funny? John Rhys-Davies is a fine actor (I loved him in Sliders) -- surely they could do better than to turn him into a short clown?
Gimli is short, but he knows how to charge into battle (hence Charge) and some invulnerability since he’s so damn tough. Hooah. And some Close Combat Expert of course.
