Harry Potter - Ron Weasley
Played by Rupert Grint, Ron Weasley is kind of a dope. Keep in mind that I have only seen the movies, but he seems fairly useless in mostly all of them. Does he even know any magic? If he does then you could have fooled me. AS such, I think Ron only serves as comic relief in the Harry Potter series. I hope Rupert gets some more acting roles in the future, because I'd hate to see him get typecast.
(The best moment was probably his chess game in the Sorcerer's Stone).
