Robocop - ED-209
Senior President Dick Jones presented the ED-209 as a new cop for the streets. Unfortunately it shot an unarmed man. I was a little torn on where to put the attack value, but ultimately I gave it a [10]. After all, Ed-209 is an excellent shot, but might shoot the wrong target!
Invulnerability is there thanks to the hard shell, and a whipping 3 damage (with Energy Explosion) since ED-209 can unload a massive payload of bullets.
