Usagi Yojimbo - Zato Ino
Zato Ino is a direct ripoff of the Zatoichi the blind swordsman. He’s blind, but has learned to use his sword-cane to great effectiveness. Being blind, he has extraordinary senses (Super Senses), and his combat prowess makes him extremely deadly. Later in the series, he takes on a tokage lizard named Spot as his companion. His final fate was in a small remote village where found himself a wife and the peace he was always seeking.
