Usagi Yojimbo - Jei
Jei is the mortal arch-enemy of Usagi Yojimbo. He carries a spear with a black blade and believes he must kill Usagi in order to be granted godhood. He is thwarted many times and always left for dead -- but he keeps coming back. Personally I think this is a really lame character, much like Venom from the Spider-man mythos.
