The Quintessential Superior Spider-Man MK2 HeroClix DialAfter Otto Octavius takes over the body of Peter Parker, he takes over the mantle of Spider-Man and modifies the suit to give it mechcanical arms. Once again, Eric Schaen returns with his take on the Quintessential Spider-Man MK2  HeroClix Dial --- and as usual, he did an amazing job!

The Superior Spider-Man's standard powers include Charge, Super Strength, and Outwit -- couple with a natural [3] damage, you could potential deal 5 total damage on your first attack!

His standard powers are rounded out with some Sidestep, Incapacitate, Perplex, Incapacitate, and other gems.

Dial by Eric Schaen (continued below)...

The Quintessential Superior Spider-Man MK2 HeroClix Dial

Of course, the real beauty of the Quintessential Spider-Man MK2 is all the fun special powers that Eric gave him, like the Arachnid Arms that gives him Flurry and Precision Strike... or the Indomitable power that gives him Combat Reflexes or Energy Shield/Deflection (your choice).

Please Wizkids, make the Quintessential Spider-Man MK2 a reality!

While I agree with Bliss on the improved movement ignores outdoor terrain I do not understand why Bliss also said ignores Indoor blocking terrain?

Thanks Mantis. I've been looking to try a Darkseid dial soon. Maybe The Led will publish it.

Love the resurgence of Parker's personality at the end. Nicely done. I would lose the precision strike just on the grounds that I find it over used these days and don't see 8 limbs as being very 'precise'. Quake would be a fun replacement for arm flailing fun! Would that stack with giant reach? Perhaps he was a surgeon with those extra limbs in the comics, I'm nowhere near caught up on my spiderman lore, in which case I'm wrong and Eric is right. That would be the likely option as this is the first niggle I've had with a Quintessential dial!

Do a character with Quintessance T.A. next!

I'd say my only grip is that improved movement he's SPIDERMAN he should also ignore blocking terrain indoor and out. Other wise DAMN GOOD JOB.

On a side note for the next Quintessential can you throw in a vote for some WHAT IF charters that would be sweet.

@ Kragnorak Uh... I only see one stop clix on the dial. Its his speed power not defense.

I think its great! It would make a great prime for a regular Spidey counterpart using Nordles idea.

Overpowered for 144 points. 3 unavoidable stop clicks in a row on an indomitable character?! All 3 of which let him Sidestep and flurry with perplex?

That would allow him to beat up higher priced contemporaries like Deadpool. Slap one of those hammers on him that grants invuln and he'd beat down a 200+ point Hulk easily!

Get rid of the Giant reach and add an Incap trait, and this would be spot on for my regular Ol' Peter Parker Spidey. Excellent job!
