Storm Shadow uses his ninja training to remain in Stealth, and has Super Senses to keep him alive. Is he working for G.I. Joe or Cobra? Who knows. I will tell you this: for 92 points he's a close combat machine with a Running Shot, Precision Strike, Charge, Combat Reflexes, and 4 whopping clicks of Blades/Claws/Fangs!

Toss a little Close Combat Expert (which he can use with Charge), Flurry, and Exploit Weakness, and you have an excellent secondary (possibly primary) attacker!
