#8: THE KILLING JOKE
Here's what I like -- a nice consistent figure under 90 points. Standard powers are simple -- Stealth, Poison, Mastermind, Willpower, and a tad of Toughness at the end. His dial may be short, but he's got all the right moves in all the right places. Sadly, his defense drops off radically, but if you can keep him alive he can do a lot of damage.

Outwit at the beginning with 3 or 2 damage is pretty powerful, letting the Joker deal damage to even Superman, which is great for an 88 point figure. A little Perplex at the end makes him a utility piece if he gets down that far... but I prefer a little more aggression -- toss on some Armor Piercing in Golden Age games and get him deep right into battle with all that Poison!
