For 39 points you have an excellent secondary attacker with a whopping [10] attack value and 2 ranged attacks! With touch of Running Shot, Stealth and natural [3] damage, Roy Harper Jr. is cheap to field and can get a quick hit in (or two). That's worth 39 points right there.

As a bonus, Roy Harper Jr also sports the Police Team Ability, making him extremely versatile and useful for any team that focuses on ranged combat.
