STAR-LORD
A short dial for 75 points but he packs a punch with 3 Damage Running Shot on his first click... but 75 points for 5 clicks is an expensive show pony. His biggest appeal is his Hadron Enforcer trait that let's him Pulse Wave from any clear terrain that is in his range and he has LoF to as a free action.

Strategy: Running shot for 3 Penetrating/Psychic Blast on turn 1; on turn 2 and taking a push, Perplex up his damage and take his free action Hadron Enforcer for an 11 attack and 4 damage to a single target.

His alternating ability to either give free actions to pushed-out figures (like a mini-Masters of Evil) or perplex up himself or his friends is also an added bonus. He's going to be hard to keep alive and should have had Sharpshooter, but the potential is there to deal 10 points of penetrating or unavoidable damage in two turns -- this makes him a surprisingly good secondary attacker that your opponent just can't ignore.
