Blackest Night HeroClix ScenarioThe dead has risen and has one intent: destroy all life in the universe. While the living dead have great power, so do the heroes who are opposing them. Can the heroes find the White Light Entity Object that can rid the universe of the Black Lanterns and their undead legions?

Number of players: 2 or 3. Player one is the Black Lantern Corps, while players 2 and 3 are the "Heroes".

Black Lantern Corps:
The player choosing to play as Black Lantern Corps builds a 600 point team using any Black Lantern Corps characters. This player gets 6 actions per turn. All of these characters are considered "Black Lanterns"

•All figures on this team are given the following: When a Black Lantern character KOs an opposing character put a blocking terrain marker in the square that the figure was KOed. This marker cannot be destroyed or removed from the game. At the beginning of your next turn, heal that KO'ed character 3 clicks and place replace the blocking terrain marker with the character. That character is now a Black Lantern and is controlled by the Black Lantern Corps player.

•If any of your characters have the "Black Lantern Corps Keyword", then they are given the following: Once at the beginning of your turns, roll one die for each character with this keyword. On a result of 4-6, this character is healed 1 click.

•If your team has the Black Hand figure, then all of it's combat values are increased by +1 and it is granted the following: This character can use Leadership, and it can use Incapacitate but only when it is attacking characters with the Green Lantern Corps keyword.

Blackest Night Power RingHeroes: If there is one Hero player, he/she builds a 600 point team and gets 6 actions per turn. If there are two Hero players, he/she each builds a 300 point team, each getting 4 actions per turn.

•If your team has Hal Jordan (even if it simply called "green lantern"), then all of it's combat values are increased by +1 and it is granted the following: This character can use Leadership.

•One of the Hero players must have at least one character on his/her team with the Green Lantern Corps keyword. Choose of these Green Lantern Corps characters and designate him or her as "The Leader". Only "The Leader" can occupy the same square as the "White Light Entity Object" (see below).

Feat Cards: Standard 10% rule

Special: White Light Entity Object: Place a 3d-object 5 squares away from the Black Lantern Corps Team's starting area (use a penny, poker chip, etc). This is considred the White Light Entity Object -- the square cannot be occupied by anyone except "The Leader" and this object cannot be destroyed.

Heroes Victory: You can win by eliminating all of his opponents. If your "The Leader" stands in the same square as the White Light Entity Object, and remains there until the beginning of your next turn, then you automatically win.

Black Lantern Corps Victory: You can only win by defeating the opposing force.

i have all 4 chases and they are not bad at all. yes the defense power are some what weak but they have really good stats. i didnt pay for any of them. i got 3 for trade and pulled nekron in a booster. i didnt even get a bricks worth on this set.

This would indeed be a fun scenario to play if we, the average clix player, could actually get a Black Lantern figure to play with. Chase figures suck! I've gotten 3 different bricks and not a single BL figure. I can't pay $100+ to buy one online... why can't they be sold for like $20 separately? I bet the company would still make bank on it if they did!!

scourge101: That is correct - You can have anyone on your Black Lantern team, BUT they get bonuses if the have the Black Lantern keyword. The scenario is designed that way to encourage players to use more comic-accurate teams (but obviously it is not required).

going to have to try that one

If I understand this correctly the Black Lanterns can have anyone on their team, just if they have the BL word they get additional bonuses?
