Let's take a look at month 1's Prison Map from the Batman No Man's Land Set.

Batman Prison Map
Prior to your first event, your players will declare their allegiance to one of the six No Man’s Land gangs.  The available gangs to choose from are GCPD, Batman, Joker, Two-Face, Killer Croc or Black Mask, each represented by their own unique symbol.  They are now fighting for turf on behalf of their chosen gang!

In the Month One OP kit is a map of Gotham City with six sections identified as No Man’s Land territories.  Each month, the OP kit for that month will contain maps of that month’s territory, and your players will battle on those maps for control of that territory.  At the completion of the event, the gang with the most accumulated event points has now conquered that territory for their gang, and tags that location on the Gotham City map with their Gang Token.

It is important to keep a running total of accumulated event points for both your players and their chosen gang.  At the end of month 6 of the No Man’s Land Organized Play series, the Gang with the most territory wins a special prize for the three gang members with the most points.

The first territory up for grabs in the No Man’s Land OP series is Blackgate Prison, and will be played on the Blackgate Prison (pre-quake) map.
Batman Prison Map
The Blackgate Prison (pre-quake) is a fairly open, two level map.  Both players starting areas are in cell blocks on the elevated level, and more cells line the walls on the outside edges of the maps.   All cells contain a square of hindering terrain.  The middle of the prison block is a level lower with two “bridges” running across it the short way.  Stairways are in all four corners of the lower level, somewhat protected by the elevated terrain.

Each month, the map for that month will have a suggested scenario for it, to represent the pre-quake and post-quake change of the territory being fought for.

Quake : At the end of each players turn, that player rolls 2d6.  On a result of 3 or less, replace this map with the Blackgate Prision (post-quake) map.  Characters are places in the same square they currently occupy on the new map.  Any character that now is illegally placed is dealt 1 unavoidable damage and moved to the next closest square it can occupy by its controller.

The Blackgate Prison (post-quake) map has the same basic lay out.  Most of the lower level has now been flooded and is now water terrain.  Both “bridges” have now sustained damage and can’t be traversed without some help.   The walkway on the second level around the cell block has also taken damage from the quake and is no longer a continuous path.  Fallen debris has created a few more ways for grounded characters to move between elevations. Your Comments:
Well after some checking the secondary locations are Gotham Clock Tower,Gotham Streets,Gotham Bank,Crime Alley, and Arkham Asylum

All I know is the maps you will play on Blackgate Prison, Wayne Manor,Power Plant,Robinson Park,Gotham Waterfront, and Dockside Amusement Park. If that helps at all

Does anyone know what the "secondary locations" are on the city map for No Man's Land?

Posted by: lordoracle on 11/14/2012 2:09:24 PM
Well 5 Batman chases and all of them are great.also there is a chance to get a God pack. Something like 1 out of every 20 cases you could pull a booster that's blue and get all 5 chases. Good luck

The quake effect on that map could well be both the best and most irritating mechanic of all time. Love the concept and will be brilliant in friendly games with a good opponent. If you're playing competitively against a "determined" opponent i can see action tokens, objects anf other things "going missing" whilst you flip the map. Here's to fellowship awards!

I'm loving the Batman stuff coming out. It looks way better than the Marvel stuff. The utility belt and vehicles look like they are gonna change the game!

*I hope*

That month six OP figure is definitely Joker and Harley Quinn

Looks interesting. The prize miniatures look much cooler than the marvel stuff (I've never been a fan of the cosmic stuff). The earthquake maps are a fun idea.

yeah lots of batman, not suprising really at how much love the avengers are getting right now... its all about market timing... i sound like a grumpy nay-sayer but believe me i'm well chuffed!
love avengers, love batman. its my time to shine!

I'm so sick of batman

Posted by: white phoenix of the crown on 6/14/2012 3:14:01 PM
Wow, Two Batman centric sets (Dark Knight Rises & Batman - Streets of Gotham) and a 6 month DC heroclix event to boot as well (I saw the whole preview on Youtube... Thanks ChronoFett for the link). That's a lot of love coming from DC for Batman this year.

Posted by: phep on 6/12/2012 1:19:25 AM
This should be awesome!
i'm more of a marvel guy, but atthe same time i hate cosmic and love street level stuff. so i reckon i'll enjoy this more.
my batman nutt of a best mate is gonna blow a fuse for sure

Posted by: Ste on 6/11/2012 9:35:15 AM
Yeah...if you go to Youtube and look up "2012 DC Heroclix Previews-GAMA Trade show" you can see full previews for the Event and the prize figures.

Posted by: ChronoFett on 6/7/2012 8:18:14 PM
This sounds soooo sweet! It's gonna make the I.G. tourney look boring! I can't wait for this! DC heroclix will rock with tournament!

Posted by: Tikiphantom on 6/7/2012 5:03:19 PM
This was previewed at a gaming trade show a few months ago. Its gonna be a 6 month event and will feature utility belt compartments that will go on a display stand in a similar vein to the Infinity Gauntlet. There is a picture of the utility belt/display floating around.

Should I have typed "construct" instead? ;)

Posted by: Miraclo on 6/7/2012 3:31:54 PM
I haven't looked yet, but I do know I overheard some talk of a Batman-themed organized play series of games where players would assemble pieces of a utility belt which could then be applied to a character. Just a rumor as far as I know, though.
