Pros: Great combat values and powers through the entire dial. An 8 range with running shot should help him to land the alpha strike quite often. His merc with a mouth trait provides a bunch of fun and useful options for players to use round after round.       
 
Cons: Having no improved movement abilities will keep Wade from freely navigating the battlefield. His Regeneration won’t get him past his 4th clix and he can’t target characters using stealth.
