#2 Nimrod
Pros: Man this guy is a Beast! Playable at all three of his levels, Nimrod can function as a one man army or part of a team. The Sentinel keyword allows Nimrod to be played on a non-generic theme team. Rapid Reformation seems to show up in all the right places making him a hard one to take down. An 8 range and plenty of move and attack capabilities keep him extremely mobile. At full power, he can use his ASSAULT FROM THE FUTURE trait.
Granting him the Multiattack ability for potentially KO’ing a character in a single turn and a double power action will most likely allow him to land the first hit. Did we mention the [5] natural damage with Pulse Wave?

Cons: As good as he is, Nimrod has his weaknesses. His FUTURE KNOWLEDGE OF THE MUTANT MENACE power keeps his powers from being countered, but it is only available on four of his eleven clix. He’s also susceptible to attacks that cause penetrating damage over most of his dial. Finally, he's a very pricey character to field, even with all that Impervious and Invincible.
Grade: B+
