The Downside
Having some range is always better than none. Still, that’s not a severe issue when you can move and attack up to 13+ squares. The biggest threat for this character comes from characters using Precision Strike. With this PS being handed out so frequently, you just can’t rely on Super Senses to be of any use these days. Since this is his chief defensive ability; hitting Wally isn't nearly as difficult as it should be
Playing Flash
When Playing Flash, It's best to target characters with Precision Strike or Outwit showing on their dial and hit them first. A solid hit for 3 (or more) damage may take these powers off those dials. Hit and run is what a Flash does, so be sure to take into account your opponents range when placing him.
It may be tempting to go after Impervious characters first, but don’t overlook characters that support your opponents force. Don't forget to add speed tokens as you land hits. Since it’s important to keep Flash on the move, be strategic when facing characters with Plasticity. They’ll only slow you down.
