There's a lot to like about Black Tom Cassidy. You get six pretty good clicks of life for just a paltry 57 points, and with 6 range too!

Pros: Decent attack values with up to 3 penetrating damage with that special power. Smoke Cloud makes him a workable utility piece while that special power gives him some Stealth to keep him alive (and a bonus!). We especially love the Steal Energy and Regeneration at the end, which could keep him around for a long time.

Cons: He's a little squishy with just upfront Toughness, and those traits are very character specific.
