I'm gonna try to incorporate Banshee in my next Police team. He does look really good and adds variety such as flight.

Banshee - Cons:

Not knowing about the piece and having it show up on 3 potentially opposing teams in the same tournament. In other words, con if on the other team. :)

The only con for Banshee that I can think of is that he is a pretty fragile piece, I mean, literally. His Scream part keeps breaking off his face
