Pros: With a 12 attacks and Probability Control, Bullseye really won't miss much. A high 8 range value and triple targets make damaging multiple targets a no-brainer. Best of all his “World’s Greatest Marksman” Trait ensures a ranged combat attack at any character in range regardless of if he is based or not.        
 
Cons: As good as he is at ranged combat, ranged combat is also his Achilles heel. Moving into hindering terrain might boost his defense but it will slow him down and he’s susceptible to pushing damage.
