The Monk has always kinda sucked as a player class. Seriously, he gets "feather fall" which lets him fall like 100 feet or something. Big deal. Never understood why the designers couldn't make a better monk. We did fix him up a bit for ClixCraves: D&D by making him stand well on his own. He is extremely expensive at 190 points, but he's quite the combat machine with Charge, Flurry, Perplex, Quake, Incapacitate, and more.

Of course, the Monk's core ability resolves around his Agile hands (Energy Shield/Deflection) which can grant him a +3 to Defense if he's fully leveled. But more importantly, he gets a Quivering Palm to potentially deal 5 damage, and a Flurry of Blows. Look a lot like the old Hypersonic Speed option 2, doesn't it?
