Of course he has no range, which can be problematic, but get him up close and he's a beast with Incapacitate and Poison. And look at that uber Perplex!

Without range this can be a hard piece to play, but a good veteran player will know how to get around his limitations. Having a starting [18] D with Super Senses and that cool special power! He's good at 70 points, that's for sure!
