#7: Spider-Man 2099
It's a little hard to believe Spider-Man 2099 lasted 46 issues. After all, people are still talking about the character today, and we've seen two HeroClix versions. This particular version can be played at 80 points or a whopping 160 points, and it really feels like two different dials.
The 80 point version has some pretty standard stuff: Charge, Flurry, Blades/Claws/Fangs, Poison, Combat Reflexes, Outwit, and Perplex. He's definitely built for close combat, and that's not a bad thing. Rolling a [6] with BCF will do major damage to anyone, especially if you can counter their defensive power.

At 160 points, his last 3 clicks are totally different, with Penetrating/Psychic Blast, higher range, Impervious, Leadership, and the Power Cosmic. It's really a tough call -- do you want the 80 points or 160? You can't go wrong at the 80 point level, but at 160 you'll have to plan your team very carefully.
This duality is the reason Spider-Man 2099 makes it to #6 on our list!
From wikipedia: Spider-Man 2099 is a fictional character, a comic book superhero created by Peter David and Rick Leonardi in 1992 for Marvel Comics' Marvel 2099 line.
