Background
Arguably the greatest and certainly the most horrific creation of scientific genius Dr. Henry Pym, Ultron is a criminally insane rogue sentient robot dedicated to conquest and the extermination of humanity.
From Wikipedia: Although Ultron first appears in Avengers #54 (1968), the character is disguised for the majority of the issue as the Crimson Cowl, with his face only revealed on the last page of the issue and no name given to the character. The character leads the Masters of Evil against the Avengers. In Avengers 57 - 58 (Oct-Nov. 1968) in a flashback sequence it is revealed that Ultron is the creator of the "synthezoid" the Vision, whom it tries to use as a weapon to destroy the Avengers. The Vision, however, destroys Ultron with the aid of the Avengers.

Combat Values
In short Ultron is a deadly opponent. His starting speed value of 12 and the flight ability give him the ability to position himself very well early on. His opening attack value of 12 is among the highest ranks of characters in HeroClix. His attack will eventually drop to a 7 but getting him there is not so easy. A mighty defense of 18 to start, and damage values consisting of 4’s and 3’s make Ultron a true contender in the game. Lastly his amazing range value of 12 is something only a small percentage of heroclix characters posses.
Powers and abilities
So with those combat values in mind let’s look at his powers and abilities. First up the ever popular Charge power gives Ultron some good mobility. He can stay back and shoot or charge in if he chooses to bash an opponent with an object. Next the special power TRANSFER ESSENCE grants Ultron a different form of Mind control. It states: Ultron can use Mind Control. Ultron takes no damage from Mind Control if his target has the Armor or Robot keyword. This can be handy when taking on a certain red and gold Avenger or any other armor/robot opponent. He finishes off his speed powers with Running shot. Combined with that incredible 12 range, this can really allow Ultron to put some distance between him and the opposition when he needs to.
His attack Powers consist of Pulse Wave, Energy Explosion and Psychic blast. His defensive powers are nothing short of awesome. Impervious to start, followed by Mastermind, and then finally Regeneration. He only has one damage power but its one of the best a figure can have; outwit. Last but not lease, Ultron is sporting the Indomitable Symbol so pushing is not an issue for him.
