Pros: We love multi-costed characters. Flight and Indomitable makes him pretty potent, especially with a starting [11] Attack Value. He's pretty good at both the 100 point level and 150 point level, which makes it a tossup.

Cons: No Pulsewave until the second click (at either point level), but that's a very minor quibble since he can dish out so much damage and has all that damage reduction! He's a little weak at the end - i.e. he's a tad front loaded.
