The Le: Have you modded any figures from other game lines (Warhammer, etc)
Casey: I have used parts from warhammer and other thing's to mod heroclix because I really only collect heroclix and I do have a soft spot for the infinity game miniatures Produced by Corvus Belli they have amazingly detailed and futuristic looking sculpts and are really fun to paint but I don't play the game. lol finding someone to play a game like that where I live would be next to impossible it's hard enough finding a heroclix event or a venue that still runs events. But I basicly I look for anything that is in clix size that could be used to make a custom I often go straight to the toy isle in department stores, I'll buy warhammer miniatures if they have cool parts.
Some companies like microartstudio.com make allot of customisable friendly products for warhammer that I often use when modding heroclix,torsos,male/female blank heads, wing's and guns, swords, basing materials and stuff. But I recommend eventually learning to sculpt as much as possible and to not depend heavily on these , the more you sculpt the more original your custom will be. I have tried to ween myself off of using allot of things but it takes time and practice and I myself still use allot of parts but not nearly as much when I first started.
