Doombot
We haven't seen a real Doombot since Clobberin' Time, and they were kind of expensive for what they did. It was certainly a good attempt at the time, but now that the game has matured we definitely need a return of the Doombot.
From a sculpt standpoint, Wizkids can use the same sculpts as the real Doom in a future set. As for the dial, there's no reason why we couldn't have two or three different versions (with a slight repaint on each sculpt). I think Doombot would also be a good candidate for the Battlefield Promotion mechanic -- I'm sure they're "upgraded" all the time.
As I think about a special power for a new Doombot, there's only one mechanic that comes to mind: Minion. It makes perfect sense, doesn't it?
Minion: I AM DOOM: When a friendly character named Doom or Dr. Doom is within 4 squares, and it is at least 50 points higher than Doombot, then that friendly character can use Mastermind by redirecting the damage to this character, no matter the range.
Then again, Doombot could also benefit from some sort of "self destruct" mechanism too. Doom is, if anything, extremely spiteful. If he can't win, then he wants everyone to lose. The following special power should only appear on Doombot's last click of life:
Victory Is Not Yours: Give this character a power action. It can use Pulse Wave as a free action which only deals 1 damage. After the resolution of this action, Doombot takes 1 unavoidable damage. No Victory points are awarded for any figure (including this one) that is KO'ed as a result of this action.
