CREEPER
First appearing in 1963, the Creeper's been given a few retcons here and there. Constantly teaming up with the good guys, you might say that the Creeper is the chaotic good version of the Joker... but he's nothing of the sort.
First and foremost, the Creeper's got actual power, most notably his strength and dexterity. This is easily represented with some Super Strength and Super Senses, and maybe some Leap/Climb with the carry ability.
Of course, we've already been given a Creeper in the DC Justice League set, but I'd like to see something better represent his ability to heal as good as Wolverine. How's about this:
Regenerate Me: Creeper can use Regeneration. Whenever Creeper takes damage from an opposing character, put a number of Regeneration Counters on Creeper's card equal to half that damage (rounded up). At the end of your turn, if Creeper has not used the Regeneration power this turn, you may remove one counter to heal Creeper of 1 damage.
