#1 Web Shooters
While not as powerful as Sentinels or the Helicarrier, Peter Parker's Web Shooters is simply one of the best techs in the Marvel Universe; it's more grounded in reality than Iron Man's Armor or even the Fantasticar. Hear me out before calling me crazy...
Peter Parker comes up with a new chemical liquid that solidifies into a gooey texture when exposed to air. Even more remarkable is that the chemical is strong enough to hold several hundred pounds (at least)... and his later refinements makes it even stronger. Yet it's elegant enough to stretch, gooey enough to stick to any surface, and can even expand to create net-like structures. And best of all? It dissolves in an hour.
This is really only half of the equation though, because the web shooters themselves are an important device for controlling the flow and distribution of the liquid, allowing Spider-Man to form long strands of rope, create small impact spheres, or make web-like blankets to cover a large area. With just a touch of a button, he can control what kind of web he wants! It's really the ultimate touch sensitive "app".
Most importantly, it all makes sense. The beauty of Spider-Man is that it's almost always grounded in science (assuming you can ignore the offensive One More Day storyline), and Web shooters are no exception -- it's astounding that Stan Lee and Steve Ditko was able to create such an amazing device that's scientifically logical and looks good on paper.
The Web shooter is one of the earliest and easily the best tech in the Marvel Universe.
