From wikipedia: "Excalibur is a Marvel Comics superhero group, an off-shoot of the X-Men, usually based in the United Kingdom. Conceived by writer Chris Claremont and artist/co-writer Alan Davis, the original Excalibur first appeared in Excalibur Special Edition (1987), also known as Excalibur: The Sword is Drawn. The first Excalibur consisted of the British superhero Captain Britain, his lover Meggan, and several one-time members of the X-Men and related mutant teams. An eponymous series featuring the team lasted from 1988 until 1998. Originally, the series involved cross-dimensional travel that incorporated as many elements of Captain Britain’s mythos as it did the X-Men’s."

Looks cool, but I'm disappointed that a) it's not the MI13 line-up and b) the Captain isn't in the boosters.

After seeing the new DC animated movie Flashpoint last night, I'd like to see an Aquaman family team base with
Aquaman,
Mera,
Tempest (Garth),
Aqualad (Kaldur'ahm from the Young Justice show),
Aquagirl (Tula)
Iquilla (this guy is a Merman.)

OK, this is cool for a number of reasons.

1. Lockhead as separate playable piece and not just a pog or a power on Kitty Pride's dial.

2. Most of these have not been made in a while.

3. We are getting them all at the same time. Yeah, you can say that about any team base, but with some groups it feels like you are doomed to never get them all.

4. The Lighthouse. Makes me think of putting Aquaman and Mera on this base.

Holy crap! I think you are right! That is Donna Troy on the asset dial on number 14. It's not Kitty Pryde because you can see her on the Asset dial as well. Whoops! Hahaha
I hope that's a mistake that can be easily fixed..
