The Le: What do you think about NECA and how they handled Hammer of Thor?

I think NECA is a perfect fit for Heroclix, as long as they don’t try to screw with the game mechanics. Because NECA’s known for high-quality, detailed figures, I’m excited to see future sets (made by them). I guess we’ll have to wait and see how the actual Blackest Night Starter figures look in person, since they’ll be the first figs produced by NECA Wizkids.

As for how they handled Hammer of Thor, I think they did pretty well. I wish they would continue to sell figures like Thor’s Chariot and include the BITB figure with the bricks (even though I heard they’re going back to the mail-away process. Boo to that. Yay for instant gratification!). Overall, I think the transition of the property from Topps to NECA went smoothly.
