Spider-Man and The Human Torch is a very odd team-up in my opinion, if only because the Human Torch isn't exactly an exciting character to team up with. As a matter of fact, he's kind of lame... but it's happened (as you can see from the left.
The Spider-Man and Human Torch dial is pretty standard fare, coming with Running Shot, Running Shot, Flight, Energy Explosion, Incapacitate, Energy Shield/Deflection, Barrier, and Perplex.
There's nothing particularly sexy about this dial, but it does come with an extremely powerful Special Power called "Hey! Watch it".

Toss in some Ranged Combat Expert and Close Combat Expert and you have a decent secondary attacker, but it's hard to get excited about this team-up, even in the comic book.
Eric Schaen definitely had his hands tied making this dial, and he certainly did a great job with what is considered a weak couple.

From wikipedia: Marvel Team-Up is the name of several American comic book series published by Marvel Comics. The series featured two or more Marvel characters in one story. The original series was published from March 1972 through February 1985, featuring Spider-Man as the lead "team-up" character in all but nine of its 150 issues; of the remainder the Human Torch and the Hulk starred in six and three issues, respectively. When cancelled, the title was replaced by Web of Spider-Man.
