While Hulk doesn't have any move and attack powers early in his dial, what he lacks in speed he more than makes up in damage potential (and a staying power thanks to 7 clicks of life and the Indomitable ability!)
Very eary on you can move Hulk 11 steps through any terrain thanks to Leap/Climb and pick up a heavy object on the way thanks to Super Strength. By the second turn Hulk's dealing a whopping 6 damage... 7 if you get some Perplex in there. Worried about taking a hit? Don't be -- that [17] defense is going a long ways and with Impervious to boot. Even after you push for that second attack, Hulk keeps that [17] defense with Invulnerability.
The middle of the dial makes things very interesting too, with the Special Power:
Ground Clobber: Hulk can use Quake. When he does so, after actions resolve you may place a hindering terrain marker in Hulk's square and/or one adjacent square.
Quake's not an abilty I see used very often, but this Special power is a nice way to create some hindering terrain to boost Hulk's defenst against ranged attacks. Oh yeah, did I mention his defense pops up to a whipping [18] with Invulnerability? Oh yes... oh yes...
For 128 points, there's a lot to like about this Hulk. He's got alot of movement, able to consistently deal 3+ damage, has 7 nice clicks of life, and don't forget that Regeneration at the end that could heal him all the way back up to his second click of life!
And if that wasn't enough, Hulk's got some Charge in the middle and he sport's that Spider-Man TA, which just opens up huge possibilities. When you play this peace, what will you use the Wildcard for?
